If you get this error in the 0.54 version, you are welcome. This error appeared after updating to the 0.54 version. Intell hd 3000's driver blocking the amd driver. This problem usually occurs if you are use unifl (leshcat) drivers or manually install the intel display driver.

Let me say very extension solution as follow:
Go to device manager -computer>right click>manage- and remove intell hd 3000 with driver software and same way, amd driver remove with driver software in the display adapters
represent removal of drivers
After that, download amd driver from amd's web site but not install now. Install intel hd 3000 drivers with the windows update. this is important, with the windows update.
Restart computer and install the amd driver you downloaded. Game successfully launch when restart again.
